- Domestic US/Canada: 3–8 business days after production (often 2–5 days for faster options).
- Mexico & nearby: Similar domestic speeds.
- From Guangzhou, China (great for Asia, Europe, Australia, and rest of world):
- Asia-Pacific: 5–12 business days after production.
- Europe/UK: 7–15 business days.
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days (customs can add time in some countries).
- US/Canada: 5–14 business days (faster with Texas fulfillment).

- A free reprint/replacement (most common resolution), or
- A full refund (including original shipping) if a replacement isn’t possible

- Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Lost packages are rare, but if tracking shows no delivery and the carrier confirms loss, we’ll reprint or refund after investigation.
