We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)
  • Wrong size chosen (please check our detailed sizing charts on each product page before ordering)
  • Incorrect color or design selection
These items are custom-produced specifically for your order, so they can’t be resold.But we’ve got your back on quality issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not as described (e.g., wrong item shipped), we’ll make it right — no hassle.
  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Reply to your order confirmation email or write to service@hikevista.com (mailto:service@hikevista.com)
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue (close-ups help us resolve it faster!)
We’ll review and typically respond within 24–48 hours. Eligible cases get:
  • A free reprint/replacement (most common resolution), or
  • A full refund (including original shipping) if a replacement isn’t possible
No need to ship the item back — we handle it based on your photos and details.A few important notes
  • We can’t cover issues caused by normal wear & tear, misuse, or improper care (check care instructions on the product tag).
  • Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Lost packages are rare, but if tracking shows no delivery and the carrier confirms loss, we’ll reprint or refund after investigation.
