We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not as described (e.g., wrong item shipped), we’ll make it right — no hassle.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)
- Wrong size chosen (please check our detailed sizing charts on each product page before ordering)
- Incorrect color or design selection
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not as described (e.g., wrong item shipped), we’ll make it right — no hassle.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Reply to your order confirmation email or write to service@hikevista.com (mailto:service@hikevista.com)
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue (close-ups help us resolve it faster!)
- A free reprint/replacement (most common resolution), or
- A full refund (including original shipping) if a replacement isn’t possible
- We can’t cover issues caused by normal wear & tear, misuse, or improper care (check care instructions on the product tag).
- Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Lost packages are rare, but if tracking shows no delivery and the carrier confirms loss, we’ll reprint or refund after investigation.
