- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
- All products sold on Hikevista are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand). They are custom-produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
- Product images, colors, and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed due to differences in monitors, printing processes, fabrics, and lighting.
- We make every effort to display accurate sizing charts and product details. It is your responsibility to review sizing information carefully before purchasing.
- Prices are in USD (or the currency displayed at checkout) and do not include applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
- By placing an order, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the full amount, including taxes and shipping.
- All payments are final upon order confirmation unless the order is canceled by us before production begins.
- Estimated production and shipping times are provided on our Shipping & Delivery page and are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- No returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected, or buyer’s remorse (items are custom-made).
- We accept returns/refunds/replacements only for damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially not-as-described items, subject to our verification process (photos required).
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- All designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and other content on the Service are owned by Hikevista or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
- If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.
- You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- We may remove or refuse to post any User Content at our sole discretion.
- The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or products.
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
